Precautions when injecting fuel gas

When injecting (replenishing) fuel gas, please be sure to read it to prevent injuries and burns from errors in operating procedures.

●Do not inject fuel gas near fire or in a place with poor ventilation (inside the car, etc.).

●When injected, a flammable liquid enters. Beware of flammable liquids after injection.

●Because fuel butane gas is heavier than air, the gas that overflows during injection may remain on low places such as desks and floors.

●It is dangerous to ignite with fuel gas remaining. Please be careful to light the fire.

●When injecting fuel gas, please be careful not to move the ignition lever.

●For fuel gas injection, please move the flame (gas volume) adjustment screw to the minus (1) full before doing it.

●After fuel gas injection, the gas tank is very cold due to the vaporization heat of the gas. Leave it for a while before igniting.

How to drain fuel gas

Make sure that the tip of the tip of the tip of a thin screwdriver, touches the gas injector of the product.

If you press hard, you can remove the fuel gas. ( Please do not do it against the fire)

If the spark does not fly even if you press the ignition lever or if the ignition lever suddenly becomes heavy, remove the stone pressing screw as shown in the figure and replace the ignition stone. Counterclockwise the stone screw (left rotation)

If you rotate it, the stone push screw will jump out with the force of the spring.

Please take out the old fire and replace it with a new one.

While pushing the stone screw in, rotate it in the clock direction (right rotation) and return it to its original position.

Please use a flint with a diameter of 2.3mm and a length of 4mm for flints. Depending on the manufacturer, the diameter, length, hardness, etc. of the flint (flint) may vary, which may cause the defect.

・The replacement of the flint (flint) is about 1mm left. If you use more than that, there is a risk of problems between the file and the main unit, so we recommend replacing it as soon as possible.

・If flint powder or other foreign substances continue to be clogged in the eyes of the file, the file will be difficult to cut, so please clean it frequently.
