Holiday Season Return Policy
We are pleased to announce that we have extended our return policy for the holiday season to enhance your shopping experience. This policy applies to both online purchases and in-store purchases.
- Return Period: Purchases made starting November 1st can be returned until January 31st, 2026.
- Condition of Items: All items must be in sellable condition with all tags attached, and original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: To ensure a smooth return process, please bring your proof of purchase, when returning in store purchased items.
- Online Orders: Please note that online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse for refunds or exchanges.
- Processing Time: Due to increased volume during the holiday season, please allow up to 7 days for our team to process returns for online orders.
